jenna our similarities with our childhood restrictions are astounding.
things i missed out on: 1. boy scouts my parents wouldnt let me do it because my brothers did it and they were so annoyed with all the parent stuff they made them do and my brothers ended up not liking it. but i didnt get to learn for myself that i didnt like it ;-p
2. beavis and butthead okay, i can't say i dont agree with my parents not letting me watch this tv show, because it is like one of the most rude adn crude cartoons on tv ever. haha. but my brother would always watch it and i wanted to too!
3. lacrosse! in like 4th-5th grade i really wanted to play lacrosse. i'd play with my friend david (he moved) and i loved it sooo much. but my parents wouldnt let me because "it was too dangerous." but wait! two of my older brothers played football in late middleschool years! lame.
but all in all my parents let me to a lot of stuff, as long as safety wasnt involved. or swearing. i used to swear a lot when i was really little hahaha. my old neighbors and cousins taught me swear words when i was pretty young. oh! and once i was sitting in a car with one of my cousins and one of my brothers and i was like really young (i think around or before preschool) and they had me stick my middle finger up at two teenage girls walking by. they (the girls) laughed like no other, it was so quality.
