Where I am a Part-time K8 fangirl
As I have already given up on Code Blue (Yamapi, I know it's hard, but you need to show more than 2 expressions in 50 minutes -__-), I went on a drama hunt today and found Yasuko to Kenji. Which I downloaded because Tacchon's in it the storyline intrigued me. 10 minutes in, and I already love it.
Matsuoka's acting reminds me eerily of Nagase's in My Boss My Hero -- is this a TOKIO thing or are Japanese gangsters really that stereotyped?-- but that's okay, because his character draws shoujo manga for a living and that alone made up for everything XD
And then Tacchon appeared (with CG sparkles and background chimes and everything) and spoke with a near-perfect Tokyo accent and I decided that I needed to hear more. It's a nice contrast to his normal Kansai drawl ~~
The only nitpick I have is that Tabe Mikako sported exactly the same hairstyle she had in Yamada Tarou. (Can the stylists on this show not come up with anything better than plaits?) Otherwise, this drama is exactly my brand of comedy.

And even should it go downhill, it'll still make a nice counterbalance to the suspense of Maou.
