(no subject)
I've lost my motivation and I really don't know where it went. I think part of it is that the weather is gorgeous today and I just want to hang out outside. It's a bit chilly, but it reminds me of those amazing spring days in 2005 when it would be 70 and sunny and just beautiful. Those days are coming soon :)
This field study is going long by 2.5 weeks :( Instead of finishing March 11 they're going to continue sampling until the end of March. It means some extra moolah for me, but also a lot of extra work and most likely frustration. Good thing I'm hauling ass to Houston right after this study finishes!!! Yay for visiting Cat!! I'm also going home for a long weekend at the end of April, which will include a day in Ithaca to see Erin and eat lots of food and visit a couple wineries :)
I'm in a weird funk right now, so trips like that are good to look forward to. Plus, St. Pat's day is coming up, and so is my birthday...hopefully both will involve shenanigans and tomfoolery.
