movin on up...
Yesterday, I had lunch with my boss. Besides it being kinda awkward...there was some good news.
I got a promotion. Score. I am the new 'Jr. Accountant'. (well, effective Feb 1st...so not yet)
I got a raise. Score. It's questionable though, tomorrow I shall go back in and ask for more. "The counter offer" you could say.
AND...the best part. I got a BONUS. A bonus?? I've never gotten a bonus before. How exiting. The cool thing is, it means that all of my hard work/slack-picking-up-for-everyone else hasn't gone totally unnoticed.
At least now I can pay off my credit card, and all my unpaid parking tickets...and not worry about getting the boot on my car, hahaha, cause that would totally suck.
I may not be rich, but at least I'll be out of debt. Things are looking up.
