my friday nights are getting better.

we all went to Antii's flat, there were three of his finnish frends there, and i love they way they talk. i can do a pretty awesome impression of them, but i mean, you can't hear it right now, but someday, ask me to do a "DA MACHINE" impression...and i will. on the spot. it's the good.

we met two french guys, Paul and Baptiste. I told Carolyn this, but Baptiste had so much charisma, so much charm that it actually disturbs me to be around him. He's flying to Paris on Monday, so I guess it's no big deal, but even Paul makes joke sabout how he hates him. I don't know. He was so alive and full of himself and humanity and mistakes that it bothered me-but somehow, he pulls you in. He looked like Bob Dylan, he is my Bob Dylan, and he knows it. It was so strange. So, we bought some efes and the boys bought jim beam and we arrive at Antii's apartment. Marco showed up later with a Bulgarian. It was such a surprise, we had forgotten about him. So, we commence drinking. and it was just like a party at Corey's House. Everyone walking from room to room, smoking, conversing, doing a million things at once, but nothing at all. Perfect.

Meri got drunk and was speaking in Japanese. It was so funny. We have a video. Erin and I got drunk, not too much, and had a conversation about how we don't hang out enough even though we have so much in common. Marco and I spoke German, and I pretty much laughed the whole time, and a Finnish girl and Baptiste were speaking French about religion. Perfect.

We went to a jazz club, for about 5 minutes, and then decided to go to a night club. We arrive, dance our faces off and end up staying out until 4am. Perfect.

There was so much more that happened, but I can't bear to write it down. It was so nice that I don't want to taint it by putting those feelings into words.

*on a side note, i'm beginning to miss a few things about home. Hugs is one of them. But, we did an ANYTIME hug in the hall the other day. it was fantastic. Thanks Mikey. and Leah and I are planning a road trip to Canada to visit Erin sometime...*
