How do I?

How do I find peace
Everlasting wars festering inside me
How do I remember the good person I once was
Memories of those years invite sorrow to my doors
How do I find forgiveness
Vengeance rages within my veins
How do I say farewell to those I love
All that remains inside me is hate

Perhaps one day I will find the answer
Perhaps the answer will find me
Until then I will continue down this path
Alone

It's a rather depressing poem....but damn....I love it
