Finally, after having looked at this case from ever angle they could possibly think of, GCPD Detectives Allen and Montoya have caught a break in the Gotham Plastics Warehouse case. Thanks in large part to an alert postal worker, the two detectives have been questioning a Mr. Edward Thorne, grand-nephew of Rupert Thorne, for the better part of an hour. It's their first solid lead and really useful witness in weeks. Even more perfect? He's willing to go down to the station and make an official signed statement. Must be my lucky day, Allen muses, reaching for his fedora, placing it on his head.
The man isn't under arrest so he isn't cuffed. Rather, the detectives will just have to walk Thorne out and make sure he gets to the car. Gesturing toward Thorne, Allen looks at the man sternly. "Let's get this show on the road. Sooner we get you to Central, the sooner we can make a move," he says, referring to the mysterious "Undertaker" figure that has been at or near the center of this case.
Allen gives a significant look to Montoya, then reaches for Thorne to escort him out.
