The Postal Service already has a flag on the box for the plastics company where 24 bodies were discovered stored a few months back. When someone comes to get the mail, the post office is supposed to delay them until Montoya and Allen can see who's been opening the mail. Pretty standard stuff, and something this "Undertaker," probably thought of already, which is why it's a damn huge shock when someone actually shows.
Waiting for them in the coffee room is a non-descript man in his 40's, chained to the desk by the postal security people and having a cup of bad coffee. His brown eyes are somewhat hidden by the glare off his glasses, but his bearing can best be described as "pissed at the world."
"You the cops? I would love to chat at this point," he says through a thick Gotham accent. "But you better have some outstanding witness protection or a tape recorder handy."
