Stacy likes to eat her lunch here. It's quiet and private. At least, that's what she tells other people, and most of the time it's what she tells herself, too.
Most of the time. When she's up here, by herself, she can admit the reason why she likes to eat here, in the shadow of the Bat-signal.
Sometimes, when she's feeling like nothing more than just another office temp, she sits at the base of the signal, her back against the supports, and by the time she's done eating, she usually feels better. But tonight she's feeling her usual perky self, so she sits down on an upturned milk crate and opens her lunch box.
She always eats sitting down, even when she doesn't need the reassurance of the Bat-signal's touch. Being up here can make her weak in the knees.
