Ensconced within the private confines of her private jet, Talia, or rather Nyssa considers the meeting with her son. In his presence she could not but help but experience the overwhelming sentiment that the part of her that was still Talia felt for the man.
She misliked the disruption of her otherwise cool and calculating self control, but even still... she would not turn aside from her decision to continue this new found connection. After all, it afforded her a significant and unique advantage..such at least was what she decided to believe.
Pushing aside the confusing experience of being in Ibn's presence, she returned her atteniton to the impressive detail and accounting of the Leauge of Assassins that he had provided her. Much of it she already knew or at least suspected. There remained however several peices of information, now revealed here, that suprised even her. Her father indeed had woven a complex web of resources and agencies.
Ibn's machinations had crippled the organization significantly. This was fortunate. Without strong leadership the League would spin out of control if it were whole and ready. As it was, internal dissarray had so far limited their damage.
It was time for her to step in. Time to burn away the wreckage and coax from it's embers a Phoenix.
For now, she meditated upon her plans and settled in for the transcontinental flight.
