Jakeem shoves his way through the crowd towards Green Arrow. He is a teenager with a mission: find Tempest and offer use the Thunderbolt's magic to heal him -- and any other Titans that need fixing up. But first -- he has a message for Green Arrow.
As he finally reaches Ollie, Jakeem tugs his sleeve. "Yo, Mr. Arrow," he says. "I got a message about your medication 'cause you're old." He jerks his head back towards where Arsenal is making plans with the rest of the Titans. "He says, um, you're not supposed to take the black pill 'cause it'll make you grumpy, but the white pill's the good one."
