Party crasher
Following the near disaster on the dirigible, the Ralph-glider comes in on the building where the McNider gala is being held. He's quite obvious, considering that he now has his full costume on display. Everything that doesn't stretch has long since been destroyed during the adventure.
Not that that's ever bothered him. He's the Elongated Man, 24/7. That, and given that he was following a mystery, he has little mind for what else might be going on, or where this is. After the close scrape, he can only imagine people will want to thank him. And with the way life has gone lately, that could do his spirits some good.
Not even trying to figure out where Batman is... out of longstanding habit, he heads inside the building, wearing a broad grin. "Hey folks... I just flew in from out of town, and boy are my arms tired... anyone got a phone I can borrow?"
