"Confirmed. All signs are clear on this end." Charybdis growls in response, resuming his patrol on the trench door. He's followed by a stream of piranha that lag behind, giving secondary eyes.

Arthur makes a soft sound as he sees Plaz which is mostly lost as he finds his position. He pauses for a few moments as he positions those sea mamals which have chosen to answer his call. He will be moving in with the sharks and the whales once everyone else is in position.

There is one benefit to Beast Boy swimming along as a dolphin instead of taking a submarine or similar machine...no one has to hear him singing.

A Dolphin this deep in the trenches. It must have strayed from its pack, and since it has...its a meal.

A new predator takes the field, a set of instructions long forgotten at the sight of an oversized, warbling dinner above.

The comm-link in Beast Boy's ear will be going off...oh now.

"Beast Boy, behind you!"

'!!' Beast Boy manages, sending a panicked shock of sonar as he's bitten in the gut by some kind of man-shark!

King Shark. Close enough. Feral eyes contracting, the dolphin struggles in the shark's mouth...

...and in a second, is nothing. Or rather, is small enough to be living on one of King Shark's teeth. Picking one of the vicious molars, Beast Boy the tiny crustacean wiggles his way to the most sensitive spot of the tooth...and applies its 'cleaner' to the sensitive nerve. Is it safe?

The Shark stops for a moment, having snapped his jaws shut, expecting a fleshy treat.

The metabeast blinks and sniffs around for remnants before pausing and erupting in jaw agony!

Bart is suited up and ready to go - waiting in the T-Sub along with the rest of the team.

"Is that King Shark?"

The T-Sub rocks for a moment. Is it due to the water pressure or...

the cause of the second impact. Charbydis is now at the tail of the sub, bashing into the rotors.

Arthur's telepathic command is earlier than he would have liked but things have moved and progressed faster than he was anticipating. This often happens in battle. Arthur heads towards Charbydis as he sends his legions of animals towards helping out Beast Boy.

While she may not be Atlantean or a creature of the sea, Circe has granted herself the ability to breathe underwater nonetheless.

A smirk rests on her face. She sees her opponent. Wonder Woman. Circe doesn't move, rather she waits, hands glowing, awaiting for the Amazon princess to strike the first blow.

The T-Sub shakes, and Raven has to hold out her hands to keep her head from hitting the console.

"Everyone out," she barks, zipping up her dive suit, "And if you aren't suited up, I would do so quickly." She pulls up the hood, the rebreather covering her mouth as she opens up the hatch, plunging into the watery depths.

"On it Raven," Speedy pulls her dive suit on.

Her mentor may have a thing against crossbows, but Speedy doesn't grabbing one that she's modified to fire arrows underwater.
