Aloha, Hawaii!
Ocean Master stands on the roaring sea, somehow not sinking into the depths as waves roil around him and giant crabs begin to stalk up the beach-head before him. "Bwahaahah! Run, you fools! RUN! The sea claims this island for Ocean Master!" He holds his trident aloft. Ever since Aquaman turned more reclusive, Ocean Master has had more freedom to terrorise, and on this sunny day he has chosen to attack the people of Hawaii.
"Oh, too slow, my friend! Too slow!" He grins with great glee as one of the crabs grabs ahold of a lifeguard, shakes him, and then throws him back to the sea. "You shall become food for the fish under my service, landwalker! Bwahaa!"
He doesn't step onto the beach, but like a general on a battlefield walks back and forth across the top of the water, shouting commands in a forgotten language to the maritime monstrosities climbing onto the shore. "Beg for mercy!"
