Is it ever DARK here?
At 5:22pm, a Gulfstream with the Wayne Enterprises logo on the tail lands at Metropolis airport, and inside the jet Bruce Wayne is already opening his cell phone to call Clark and leave a terse message of, "I'm here." He then advises the flight crew that he will be ready to leave around midnight and sends them off with enough cash to enjoy a very expensive meal in the glittering downtown.
One he has the jet to himself, Bruce heads to the bathroom to ditch the Armani suit, take a quick shower (because air travel always makes him feel grungy, even in the private jet) and change into something suitable for the work he has in mind.
He figures Clark needs no more than 10 minutes to get there. Tops.
