Donna sat over at a table reserved for senior members. After the current Crisis, it was good for her to do something mindless. Not that this was mindless at all, she enjoyed this sort of thing.

She smiled genuinely and waited for someone to come up to her, she was sure that the younger heros would have a lot of questions for her.

Flamebird is just watching from a distance. She's not at all sure how she feels about this whole thing. If it had been as simple as a try out... Wrinkling her nose, she frumps a bit, perched on one of the statues in the front of the Tower.

"No. Just feeling the difficulty of having been rejected a few times myself." Flamebird shrugs faintly, "I'll get over it, I'm sure."

Starfire purses her lips. "I hope that you do. It is not good to wallow and brood when life continues to move around you." She spins in mid air. "There is so much joy to be had, Flamebird. Even in the deepest pit of despair."

There is a small smile on her lips.

She smiles shyly. "Well, hope it turns out better than my 'audition.' Anyway, too bad there isn't a stable or compost heap around. That's one of the better ways to weed out the wannabes from the true believers."
