It is 3:30 on a quiet Friday afternoon, and Kimberly North is counting the minutes until 5:00. Her job as assistant ('Executive Assistant' on her business cards) to the CEO of QuickStart, Inc. is not always easy, and this week has proven to be a prime example of such. The phone hasn't rung in at least 10 minutes, the emails have slowed to a crawl, and Ms. Chambers hasn't required her for something in over fifteen minutes, so it was looking like the week might end on an up-note.
