The Chimp has finished the investigation he did for his own benefit. And now he needs to share the results. He's asked the Outsiders to come for a meeting

"A big one." He gestures to some of the photos. "That's one of the worst places in New York to live. He grew up with parents who were abusive and addicted to alcohol, smack, crank... you name it."
He sighs sadly. "Alcoholism and abuse go hand and hand in his experience. Drunken beatings were what took his sight, but it was drunken laziness that kept them from getting him help before it was gone entirely."
"Obviously, alcoholism isn't something he's capable of just being nice-nice with. And I don't see any evidence that he's ever known anyone who started getting help."
"There's a difference between able to and willing to," Caleb notes coldly, his eyes on the photos. "This ... this explains his behavior. It doesn't justify it."
"You're right...it doesn't." Sand Hawkins. "But it does deserve our benefit of the doubt. Things have changed since the D'aubigne incident." He looks at Chimp. "That said, I'm not sure what next step you want us to take, Chimp. I'm not sure he really wants to hear from any of us...and if a Green Lantern doesn't care to be found..."
"If he's on the planet, I'll locate him. And... it seems he is. He was seen at Doctor Mid-Nite's place a little while ago, and then left... before Mid-Nite would have recommended. I'm not sure where he went after that. He would have been pretty beat up, though..."
Corrine's having a hard time looking at the evidence. She's got family and ex history that looks a lot like this, but not nearly as bad. She can't imagine an entire life of this disgusting display.
"He was here?" Her mouth is hanging open a bit. "Well what happened? We have to find him."
"Oh, uh ... um, he-he wanted to see Tara. I, uh ... I tried to arrange a meeting, but he insisted on waiting. So I, uh .... I popped him one and he left."
Caleb just adjusts himself in his chair, and waits for the next speaker. After all, there's no sense in arguing with them about Travis just this moment.
"Right now we don't know if he's willing to since we havent' asked him." She shrugs slightly at the news Caleb hit Travis.
"We haven't asked him. We also havent' told him we know his secrets which might make him even madder." She laces her fingers together without looking at any of them.
"What button did you hit?" it's easier to ask than to try to look through the records herself.

"He, uh ... He came by. To see Tara, I mean. If not immediately, then soon afterward."
