It feels like he's the last to stop by, but in truth, Sand has simply had a lot going on...most importantly finalizing the actual purchase of the island. He got rights to build at initial sale, but he still had to actually sign the contract.
The island, 45 miles off the coast of Florida on international waters, was now, in truth, Outsider Island.
But got here he did - during his last week of rehab.
And he's brought a gift.
