Max Lord has a plan.
After that moron Henshaw stole his body with that whole Brother I thing, ran through most of his fortune, and left him beaten by the League, he spent months in STAR labs, making sure there was no part of that bastard left behind.
And then when STAR was finally convinced he was clean... he was penniless. He's spent months rebuilding his capital.
And now he's ready once again to move forward. He has a plot. A scheme.
And the first person he wants to talk to about it is Superman.
After all, if he can get Superman to sign on... getting the others will be a piece of cake.
He picks up the com he's been given... and he contacts the Watchtower.
"Hey, Watchtower! One to beam up!"
