Kilowog's finding his patience running extremely thin, the longer these negotiations wear on. Concentrating this many Lanterns in one spot had to be done, but dammit if it doesn't leave them undermanned everyhere else. Pressing rookies into the line of duty before he's done whippin' 'em into shape. Never a good sign.

It doesn't give a guy a lotta faith in the future of the galaxy when so many of these poozers from so many different planets need this much flamin' babysittin'.
