Beetle opens a communication channel from the Watchtower to the meeting room at Titans Tower at a pre-arranged time.
"Allright, here's what I've been able to dig up - the 'Yuri' guy that Mikhail mentioned to Speedy and Obsidian is very likely Yuri Ivanovich Mediev, formerly of the Odessa mob. He's been working in the States for the past five years, arranging hired muscle for those with wallets fat enough to hire the best. He specializes in Russian ex-military types. Hooray for perestroika, huh?"
"Anyway, the good news is that he works out of San Fran these days, so some of you folks who are local may want to hit him up and see if he can put the finger on this Boris character."
