Leaving Livejournal
I think most of the people who follow me here will be aware of the move of LJ's servers to Russia - if not, you'll find some useful links here:

This has confirmed me in a decision I've been considering for some time: I will no longer be updating this journal and may, in fact, decide to delete it soon.
However, I will continue to blog over at my Wordpress site: https://jlmerrow.com/ (from which my LJ posts have up until now been mirrored) and all my previous LJ posts, with comments, should still be available at my dreamwidth account: https://jl-merrow.dreamwidth.org/
I'm sad to leave LJ - it's the platform I started writing on, and I've made many friends here - but I think the writing's been on the wall for a while now. Thanks for all your comments and friendship here, and I hope you'll all continue to follow me over on Wordpress.
