After plopping down more money than I usually feel comfortable spending in a single moment (relax, it's only $389) I now have an oscilloscope. Given that the MSRP appears to be $549 I'm feeling pretty good about it. I'd love to have one made by Tektronix but the "cheapest" one at Fry's was $1000 and this one is a good place to start.
This is one of those things that I think of occasionally but never actually buy. And then I end up saying "but if I had an oscilloscope then I could...."
In any case; sweetness. Now to pull out my copy of The Art of Electronics and geek out a bit.
