FILE RECOVERY! HELP!

Does anyone know of a good FREE Data Recovery program? Or one that works really good even if i have to pay for it? There are files that I need to recover, that the "Free" Programs see, but than they keep asking me to purchase it once I click to recover the files and i don't feel like paying for it if i don't have to.

If your not willing to pay for the software you dont want the files back.

I'm willing to pay for it, I just don't know how good the program is gonna work. I also remember using a free one a while back that worked fine.
