Success!
This past week has been extremely busy at work because of a horrendous project I was delegated to be in charge of. We released all of the files last night and this morning I got a "great job" email from the client. It always makes it worth while when you know that the people you're working your ass off for are actually appreciative of your efforts. Hopefully it will be a nice relaxing Friday.
Jessi and Matt arrive today. Hooray! I really need to clean my room... Oh well. Too late now.
Last night I finished watching the X-Men: Evolution series. I really wish they had continued it. After I finished it, I tried to watch the old-school X-Men cartoon, but it just wasn't the same... Though it was entertaining to see the 80s-tastic hair and clothes. I just like the drawing style and voice acting of the newer show a lot better than the old one. And the more I think about it, the more I'd like to do a costume from that show. It would be easy enough.
39 days until Philip comes home! Hooray! Mommy and I got some of the flowers on Wednesday. We're probably going to go looking again this weekend. I also made a list of all of the decorations needed (and the price of said decorations), so we should be good on that front as well.
