650000 deaths in Iraq
An independent study published on The Lancet today states that 650000 people died in Iraq since the US led invasion of the country. Though the American administration may not be directly responsible for most of the killings I believe they should still take responsibility for the cause of events which only happened because they initiated the invasion based on lies and false assumptions. It is apparent that there had been no serious plan of what could happen if the Iraqi government is removed from power and for that, or at least they didn't care about the possible outcomes of a war, which after all is reason for the current situation.
