German government today passed a law announcing the creation of a new and secure internet mail service called De-Mail.
I think I get it. Because the previous law they passed on spying into people's computers was not effective enough they now simply try to get people to send their mail over government-controlled computers. Claiming those mails would there be encrypted will make people feel safe about their mails.
