Solid book in the series, interesting twist with Harry's family, but it's cool to see actions from a book or two ago be explained, makes the narrative more rich. Also getting more info on the various types of vampires was great for the world building. Harry was shown to have more depth, someone can't by pissed off and scared all the time.
