Graduation is fast approaching. I turned in my thesis to the grad school for (hopefully) the last time on Friday. Unless they kick it back to me for some insane reason, HELLFIRE is officially in the bag. Woot!
I have class tonight and next Monday only. Shakespeare class ended last Thursday with my final paper proposing that a form of malignant narcissism is the root cause of Macbeth's and King Lear's madness which manifest as Macbeth becoming a serial killer and Lear becoming a raving lunatic. Basically, it's a load of BS, but it should net me a decent grade. Now I just have to turn in a 10-page annotated bibliography tonight in Modern British Fiction and then a 15-20-page research paper next Monday. Once that's done, I will be -- barring major catastrophes -- officially graduated and the proud holder of a Master of Arts degree in English. Woohoo!
With that in mind, I should probably get back to the bibliography. I don't think Muse is going to write it for me.
Muse: Damn right, I'm not! Academics aren't my department.
