I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED A FEW HOURS AGO!!
so angela and i take off at 3pm to irivine hoping there wasnt goin to be alot of traffic. this was an event we couldnt miss. i got a call this morning from ticketmaster saying my tickets i ordered last nite online didnt go through, due to the wrong address or something and i was suppose to just buy tickets at the door. so when we get to the ampitheater (no traffic!!) the dj's werent on the main floor so that means we didnt have to buy 80$ tickets... only 30$ tickets! that was like the best news ever! i was reading the line up .... "5:20pm Dj tiesto" it was 5:30!!!!! angela and i ran to the tent as fast as we could forcing ourselves through the crowd of people. we made it to the front and there he was...... i was breathless... less than 10 feet away from me was dj tiesto! i could not believe what i was seeing or hearing! there were videocameras everywhere taping all of us up front i think for a video. he gave a 2 hour set which seemed like 20 minutes and after he was finished i waved my black marker in the air and his cd and then he came down and signed it!! *faints* he wasnt 10 feet away.. he was like 10 inches away! the girls were going absolutley crazy and he gave at least 374984398 autographs up front and came back to angela and i and i asked him to sign my shirt and he did ... what a nice guy! leaving the tent for a bathroom stop, we spotted him outside taking pics and everyone followed him around like he was god or something. and yes... again....he walked over to us and signed our ticketstubs and we asked him a bunch of questions ... long story short... best night of my life i will never ever forget it! thank you angela for going, can u believe this? we just saw and met the best dj in the world for 30$!!! what a great ending to summer '02
