Why am I returning to this book twice in the same day? Pure masochism, I think, or a desire to get to the end of it. At this point I'll settle for getting out of Blue's extended flashback sequence and into some actual plot. No such fucking luck.

My guess is that the plot of the book is a tedious explanation of why Blue and her father DIE IN A FIRE

I don't know what the book's plot is either, but when I Googled it to see if "calamity physics" is a real discipline, I learned that apparently they're making a movie of it. D:
