finally. Good food.
I wasn't expecting much. In fact I often get tired of eating out whilst on the road. And when I end up in a small podunk town, I don't expect much. The last time I stayed here, I just went down to Glenwood for dinner.
But. I drove around the main drag here in Carbondale and saw this place (and more importantly say that it was within walking distance) and decided to come here:

Best Asian food ever. I had sushi, sake, and the best Atomic Shrimp I have ever had. By the end of the meal, I had the host picking things for me and I'm soooooo looking forward to going back tomorrow to try something completely different. From now on, if we stay in this area (glenwood Springs to Aspen) I will stay here just to eat at this restaurant.
