Liar paradox

A liar says that he is lying. Are his words true or false?

Take your foot out of your mouth and crawl out of this hole

You dug yourself into

with a backfiring joke and insincere apology.

Hang yourself with your perfection.

The next sentence is true. The previous sentence is false.

Rally. time to hit the road.

gather books and carkeys.

we turn our backs on both red faces.

This is just may be a cry for attention.
