As most folks who read my blog know, I wrote in
yesterday's blog entry about the snafu with the games I'll be running on Saturday and Sunday afternoon at
CanGames 2013 in just over two weeks.
Well, I'm glad to say that the business with the games has been cleared up, and the two games in question, the
Primeval RPG scenario, "Message in an Anomaly", and the Rocket Age RPG scenario, "The Na'Gira Gambit", are contained within the most recent pdf of the CanGames schedule on their website, and will be in the program book available at the convention.
While I hope that both scenarios get some player pre-registrations either before or on Friday at the convention, I really hope that both game sessions fill up and I get to run them. "Message in an Anomaly" is just a fun scenario for the
Primeval RPG that shows some of the potential of the game for not just being about dealing with dinosaurs (although that's in there, too, of course). "The Na'Gira Gambit" is a neat little scenario that I've created for the Rocket Age RPG of Golden Age science fiction, and should give all the players a good introduction to the game. I suspect that one will fill up quickly once folks learn of its presence in the schedule, but I hope that "Message in an Anomaly" gets its share of players. As well, of course, the Friday evening "The Infection Factor" and Saturday evening "Earth Serpent" scenarios of Primeval RPG.
Hope to see some of the folks reading this blog entry at CanGames in a couple of weeks. Looking forward to the convention, to be sure! :)
