A Hot Wednesday in Ottawa
Woke up this morning around 4:30 am, almost an hour before the alarm for work was due to go off, as I had a case of diarrhea, and also discovered that it was already 230C outside. The weather forecast for the day was a high of 340C (that's 93.20F for you Yanks), with a humidex of around 440C. I don't know about the rest of you good folks, but that's just too warm for these JohnK bones. Ughh!
By the time I got in to work at 7:02 am, let's just say that the temperature was already uncomfortable from the humidity, and I'm glad right now to be in the air conditioning of work. The day so far has been a decent one in terms of work, and I'm looking forward to morning break and a cup of nice chai tea.
