A Monday Morning
Sitting at my desk at the office, and working away at one of the projects that confronts me. Shaping up to be a lovely Monday morning, and I plan to go out for lunch and walk a bit, health and time permitting.
Yes, I came in to work today, as it's always a good thing to do. I feel somewhat better this morning, though my chest is still hurting and my throat's a bit sore. My co-workers, notably Donna, have been pretty good to me today, and are helping me get through everything, and are helping out with stuff as I need them to. We'll see how things go, and whether I put in a full day's work, or leave early. Totally health dependent.
This week promises to be a very busy, somewhat hectic one, depending on whether my health holds out and all and how well I feel as the week progresses. Aside from work, I have my two regular Geology classes on Tuesday and Wednesday night. (Yes, I got the recordings of last week's classes, and watched the eight hours of material, and took the quiz that the class had. Will get my test results back on Tuesday.) There's also the two-day field trip for the course on Saturday and Sunday that will be quite interesting, since we're going to a dig site and all, and while I'm sad that I won't game with the Friday or Sunday groups this coming week, I'm really looking forward to the field trip.
In the meantime, back to the paperwork.
