The work week has thankfully almost come to an end, although it hasn't really felt like a proper working week given that I've been working from home for most of the week. I've been out only to my two Geology classes, and had to do a bit of grocery shopping for some of the real basics.
I've stuck with chicken soup broth that has been strained, a bit of toast, and jello, but it doesn't seem to have made much of a difference. At least not where my bowels are concerned, and certainly not in regards to the diarrhea. Been thinking of adding a bit more solid food to the diet, and seeing what happens.
In addition, my back problems have flared up quite a bit this week, possibly having started as a result of the 13-hour stay in the hospital, and also likely due to way too much sitting and lying down, though I have tried walking somewhat as well, but the abdominal pain has been too much for that at times. That, and fear of not being near a lavatory. :(
With President's Day in the U.S. and Family Day here in Canada this coming Monday, it's a long weekend on both sides of the border. I'm supposed to be gaming with the Friday night gaming group tonight, and the Sunday gaming group on the weekend proper, so we'll see how those go and how I hold up. I'm about to start up the
All For One: Régime Diabolique rpg campaigns-wise, so we'll see how those go. Vive la France! :)
In the meantime, going to do a bit of work.
