Books Read in December, 2011

A new year. As has been my policy since July, 2010, I've been posting up here the list of books that I've read every month. Figured that there was no harm in continuing that policy this year, and so here for your pleasure, I present my reads for the last month of 2011. As noted in other posts, it's amazing how much stuff I managed to read over the course of the month when I wasn't having to read roleplaying game books and supplements.

Books Read in December, 2011

The Girl Who Played with Fire by Stieg Larsson (r)

December, 2011 Reader's Digest

Primeval Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook Layout PDF by Gareth Hanrahan & David F. Chapman (RPG; PDF)

November, 2011 Locus

The Women of Nell Gwynne's by Kage Baker

Double Feature by Emma Bull and Will Shetterly

A Book of Tongues by Gemma Files

Chindi by Jack McDevitt

Overall, I would say a good month of reading, given that I got distracted by some roleplaying game stuff, and a lot of French classic-inspired DVDs. And there was the Geology class, of course. Overall, I managed to read 5 novels, 1 RPGs and RPG products, 3 magazine, 0 comics, and 0 graphic novels in December. This brings the year total in 2011 to a final set of numbers that looks like this: 67 books, 16 RPGs and RPG products, 25 magazines, 79 comics, and 1 graphic novel.

A good year's worth of reads, if I say so myself. :)

Comments and thoughts are welcome as always.
