Cold and Wet Day
Just got in to work this morning.
Horrible day in the Ottawa valley. It's a cold, wet, day with an emphasis on the cold and the wet. As a result, my lower back is killing me and I've had several major muscle spasms in my leg that is likely due to the bulging disc. And it's not even 8:30 am.
Oh, joy, this is going to be one lousy day, methinks.
