Got home from work, barely.
I had problems with the car all the way home, as it kept stalling on me at various points during the drive home. Walked into the house around 3:45 pm, and was lucky to make it that far. When I went back out to the car, after taking my briefcase inside, and getting changed out of my work clothes, the car wouldn't even turn over. Heck, I had to manually open the door to get into the car!
I called the dealer, and they sent someone over almost right away. Good service warranty on the car, I've got! He boosted the car, and it started, but when he got out of the car, it stopped turning over. In any event, since he had brought the tow truck just in case, the guy from the dealer attached the car to the tow, and he and his buddy hauled the car back to the dealership. He's promised me that he'll be in touch as soon as they figure out what's wrong.
In the meantime, that means I have no car for work tomorrow, and will have no means of doing any of the grocery shopping for the weekend, unless I borrow mom's car, or they give me a loaner until the car is fixed. And it's also the long Labour Day weekend. Oh, joy, oh bliss.
The start of September... *sigh*

problems,
