When we were doing the playtesting of "Keeping the Peace" some pretty strange things happened, and the interactions among the player characters was at times more interesting than what was going on in Jerusalem. Happy to see that occurred in the actual convention running as well.

I was happy to see the inter-party relationships/conflicts in the game at CanGames as well, and had a pretty good time with it.

I must say that you were heroic for gaming in that heat and humidity. I'm not sure if I were a GM that I would have been that devoted to my craft. :)

The heat and humidity (not to mention at times the gamey-ness of gamers) is a common thread to all gaming conventions not run in hotel venues and the like. This year was bad in terms of the heat and humidity because the Rideau Curling Club was undergoing renovations. It's not usually as bad, but there's also that this summer promises to be really bad. I managed by keeping hydrated, but my allergies were killing me. The things I do for gaming... :)
