Sunday Gaming Today, Sort Of, Part Deux
Today is one of the Sundays where the gaming group is not playing because Tammy is working the weekend.
However, the new player who joined the Sunday group after CanGames 2024, Caroline, has convinced another potential player, Nicole, to come out this weekend. Since I wrapped up the Doctor Who Roleplaying Game last weekend, Caroline and Nicole will be creating their characters for the Rivers of London: The Roleplaying Game today. Caroline is quite jazzed about creating the character for the game, as she fell in love with it at CanGames. Nicole, on the other hand, is an unknown element in pretty much every way, so we'll see how it goes.
While Tammy's not going to be here today, there's no way to know whether she and Caroline and Nicole will get along together, but I'm hopeful. Of course, there's no guarantee that Caroline and/or Nicole will want to stay with the group for any number of reasons, as it's always a matter of player chemistry, liking the way the GM runs the game, and other factors, but I'm hopeful.
Quite looking forward to this afternoon's session of character creation. :)
For the moment, I'm going to start making lunch and have a bite to eat. :)
