Today is my favourite California friend's birthday. I've known aearwen2 for...well since the days of Fidonet (and that dates both of us, yes it does!). Oddly enough, we've never met in person. We've been virtual friends, sharing our lives for many, many years now, and I love her like a sister.
Happy Birthday, my dear! While I know that you can't celebrate your birthday as you might want to, due to the continuing COVID-19 not-a-pandemic, and that you're celebrating your birthday in the new place that you've recently moved to, here's hoping that life's problems get put on hold for the day and that you have a great day regardless.
