Getting Ready for Friday Night Gaming
Today has been a very sunny, brutally hot day here in the Ottawa valley. The temperature hit 31oC this afternoon, but I'm not sure what the humidex is though it felt muggy as well. Lots of sunshine. My allergies have been pretty bad most of the day, but that didn't keep me going out and buying comics today (noted in another blog entry). Walked quite a bit today, and my foot is hurting. Not as badly as my shoulder, but still...
I'll be gaming with the Friday night gaming group this evening; the players should be arriving within the next hour or so. The players have told me they're looking forward to continuing the Legion Academy game tonight, and I'm looking forward to the game as well.
The Friday night gaming group will be continuing the DC Heroes RPG campaign this evening, set against the Legion Academy in the 30th Century of the Legion of Super-Heroes. I'm quite looking forward to the game tonight. :)
In the meantime, I need to go upstairs and make something for supper. And put my feet up for 10 minutes or so.
