Just got home from the assessment and the first treatment of physiotherapy over at
Quality Care Physiotherapy.
Let's just say that I am hurting. A lot. And have downed some pills. That said, it was a good session of physio, I learned a good deal of what's ailing me and what can be done for it, so it's a step in the right direction.
I didn't go directly home, which is what I should have done. I went across the street and over to the Billings Bridge mall, where I went up to the food court and had a lovely lunch of chicken and beef teriyaki, washed down with a bottle of water. From there, I walked over to
Bentley's where I bought myself my birthday present - a new messenger bag and a piece of carry-on luggage that is smaller than the one that I currently have. These will definitely come in handy and useful when I travel down to Indianapolis next month.
Came home, and ate some celery and cheese, and have just taken some pain killers. Going to lie down with my feet up for a bit, and see if I can nap. Later.
