A Miserable Night
I am having a miserable night.
I went to bed at around 11:00 pm, after spending about 1/2 an hour reading before sleep. I woke up at 1:00 am, with terrible pain from nerve spasms in my left foot. They're along the instep on the side with the big toe, and they haven't abated since they woke me up, actually getting worse at one point to the point where I started gasping in pain when the spasm struck.
It's going to be a long night. Damn it! *sigh*
