Of Home, Insulin Therapy, and Gaming Tonight

Got home from work today, and had a good, restful afternoon. I did a bit of reading, spent some time talk to Tammy, vacuumed the living room and the bedroom, and then took a nap.

I'm still having some struggles adjusting to the insulin therapy, and seem to be suffering some of the effects of hypoglycemia in the sense that my blood glucose levels are going down, and so I feel some of the symptoms. That said, I'm still not at the blood glucose level desired yet, so am still increasing the insulin dose size until I do get down to it. The really good news is that I've had several really good days since starting the insulin therapy, so it has been a change for the positive. Even if my fingers are hurting all the time from the blood glucose testing.

In the meantime, I'll be running the a|state RPG this evening, as the Wednesday night players create their characters for the game. I'm looking forward to seeing what Donna, David, and Kendall come up with for the game. :)
