First Insulin Prescription
Just came back to the house after going out to the pharmacy.
Yes, I've just placed my prescription for insulin at the pharmacy I use, Wadland Pharmacy, and also picked up a supply of injection needles as well. The Lantus wasn't as expensive as I feared, though the cost of the hundred needles was dear, moreso than the lancets I use for testing my blood sugar. Not surprised.
My real fear, of course, is the storing of the insulin in the refrigerator here at home. But that's another matter.
One step at a time, and have to deal with the learning curve in all this, too. :)
Now to think of other stuff for tonight - notably gaming!
