Foot Spasms Back Again
Remember I mentioned that I was having painful foot spasms in this journal entry at the beginning of the week? Well, theeeeeeeeey're baaaack...
I went for my footcare appointment today just after 12:30 pm, and had a good, if somewhat painful, appointment (hadn't been in almost eight weeks, and that's the longest I've gone between footcare appointments). I managed to leave there, go and eat some lunch at Tim Horton's, and then go back to work for another couple of hours.
After getting home, I sat back and relaxed a bit over a cup of tea, but I noticed a spasm or two when I was leaving work. Since then, they've gotten pretty bad again, and haven't stopped since.
I'm not happy about this, not at all.
